This session is unlike others, is truly original writing and excluded an “induction” that usually precedes the positive hypnosis suggestions. This is to show that a trance state is not always necessary. You can take the positive suggestions on, even outside the trance state.

And as always, you don’t have to accept all of the hypnotic suggestions that I share. You can easily reject any or all of them if you wish! Even in trance your mind is ALWAYS able to reject suggestions that are not harmonious, that don’t sit well with you.
